With over 20 years of leadership experience in commercial construction, Colin Fujiki founded Ki Partner to deliver smarter planning and clear communication, ensuring quality-driven project outcomes. His extensive background in construction includes preconstruction planning, estimating, scheduling, and project management for various sectors, including hospitality, defense, and residential construction across Hawaii. Colin leverages his effective communication skills, aligning owners, contractors, and design teams early in the process to maintain transparency and keep projects on track from concept to completion. He holds certifications from the Design Build Institute of America and the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering, and he actively engages in local stewardship through volunteer leadership roles in the Honolulu community.
